Kontour Projects Inc. was founded by Kelsey Cote, P.Eng., a professional engineer with experience supporting some of Canada's largest energy infrastructure projects. Our background spans pipeline development, routing, engineering design coordination, procurement, permitting, construction management, and field execution.
We understand the challenges of delivering projects in complex environments because we have worked directly in the field, supported construction teams, and managed multidisciplinary project activities from planning through execution.
About the Founder
Kelsey Cote, P.Eng. is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta and British Columbia with more than 14 years of experience delivering major energy infrastructure projects across Western Canada.
Her experience includes leadership roles on major projects such as the Coastal GasLink Pipeline, Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Pipeline, and carbon capture developments. Throughout her career, she has managed and coordinated engineering, procurement, survey, geotechnical investigations, permitting, construction support, hydrostatic testing programs, and multidisciplinary project execution teams.
Kelsey combines technical expertise with practical field experience, providing clients with solutions that are technically sound, constructible, and focused on successful project delivery.
